Our Family Guardian package is a one time activiation fee of $49.95. This includes a simple set-up of your device, input of your emergency contacts, and set up of your mobile package over the phone with one of our specialists.
Our Emergency Guardian package does include a $99.95 installation guide in the home and activation of your emergency services and set up of your medical history and profile if you choose.
With monthly subscriptions you may cancel your service at any time. You just pay the first and last months service fee and initial set-up fee with no contractual obligations.
If you choose to do an annual subscription you receive one month free and can cancel with a 30 day notice at any time.
Addtional tax charges may apply depending where you live. There are no hidden costs, fees, or additional charges associated with the service or your devices.
We have a team of Customer Service specialist on call to help with any questions you may have about using or setting up your device and services. And our call centers are all located in the United States so you can easily reach emergency services at any time.
Stay connected on the go or in the home through an included wifi hub and on our free mobile app. For large homes it is best you purchase two hubs for coverage throughout your home.
With VitalBand's fall detection watch and SOS panic button you are safe both inside and outside the home though our portal on your own a smart phone. It's fully waterproof and able to be charged on the wrist when you purchase on wrist charging so you are never without access to help.
If the VitalBand is found to be defective or the battery life insufficient we will send you a new device with the return of the defective watch. This includes other devices that are included with your package as well; charging cables, wi-fi hub, etc.
